A Japanese Style Wooden Sushi Board.
This Japanese inspired design has an inner beveled profile on all 4 sides, plus contrasting feet (made from Rimu) inlaid on the underside.
The use of this board doesn't need to be limited to sushi – that's just the style. You can also use it as a serving board, a platter for cheese, meats,tapas and nibbles, or for holding little bowls of dipping sauces.
Every board is unique and finished to a high quality.
Made from Figured Silver Beech and Red Beech, with contrasting Rimu Feet.
Measures 300mm long x 150mm wide x 18.6mm thick – 25.7mm high with feet included (30cm x 15cm x 1.86cm – 2.57cm)
Put together with the best waterproof, food safe glue you can buy. Finished with a blend of premium food safe wood oils and beeswax.
